Cruise and Vacation Guests must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure unless the companion is the child of Grand Prize Winner. Minors must be accompanied at all times during Cruise (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay, cruise activities, and all other Grand Prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize Winner and Cruise & Vacation Guests must travel on same itinerary. Cruise & Vacation Guests must (or Cruise or Vacation Guest’s parent or legal guardian if Cruise or Vacation Guest is an eligible minor in his/her state/province/jurisdiction of residence) sign and return a publicity release before any ticketing of cruise or vacation occurs. The Grand Prize Winner and Cruise and Vacation Guests must have all necessary identification and/or documents (including but not limited to a valid passport, visa (if applicable) and all other necessary travel documents) required for Cruise. Any person that participates in the Prize that is not deemed to be a guest must pay his/her own expenses. If winner or guests live within a 100 mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed, and no refunds or compensation will be made in the event of cancellation or delay of any flight or any portion of it. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen flight tickets. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Flights may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Sponsor will in its sole discretion determine which airport is closest to the winner’s home. Winner and guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS:All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
